  We went to Bunnings in Geraldton for a 3.7 kg 'Swap and Go' gas bottle exchange. They didn't have our size on the trolley out front, we were told it would be 5 minutes from the back of the store. Don't call it Swap and Go, call it Swap, Wait and Go Somewhere else! Over half an hour we waited, still no sign of the replacement bottle. The woman on the door finally said ' you can get it filled up at BCF' BCF is next door to Bunnings in the Industrial area. This is without a doubt the worst experience we have ever had at Bunnings!!! In fact it is the worst experience we have had at any hardware store!!!! Care factor was absolutely zero! If I could have given no stars on this review I would have. We are totally disgusted with Bunnings service in Geraldton. We went to BCF and found it was cheaper!!!

  Good old Bunnings. Not another one around for miles. This one is pretty well stocked and the staff are great!

  Staff are great. Disappointing that the same item in a Perth bunnings store are cheaper. The excuse that its a freight cost is ridiculous.

  It's Bunnings what can you say. only that the staff a friendly it's nice easy access off the highway and the coffee not too bad but seriously they do seem to have for loss that the projects
